This is a fun fitness based class with real martial arts attributes will get your heart pumping, help you get fit/stronger, get an amazing workout, plus is a huge STRESS reducer.

Our 50-minute class flies by with a combination of cardio/strength warm-ups and partner or punching bag drills - class is different every night to keep your workout fun and interesting.

Your starer package includes and an introductory private lesson to get you comfortable before you jump into a group lesson.
