  • Unlimited Classes: Easily fit workout into your busy schedule, we offer over 16 sessions 6 days a week to fit your lifestyle. Most classes are 1-hour! Our coaches are involved in classes, providing modification and motivation. Checkout classes
  • Complete nutrition program: Meal plans tailored to YOUR specific goals and needs. PLUS shopping lists to make it really easy!
  • Tanita Body Scan: We will do a body composition scan weekly, this body scan is SO much more than your at home scale. You'll learn about how much water, bone, muscle, fat, & visceral fat ... are in your body. You'll be excited for this weekly weigh-in to see all your hard work and changes in your body in a quick test that's as easy as stepping on the scale.
  • Accountability and Support: Our small-group class environment lets you look forward to a fun & challenging workout with friendly faces while our coaches' ENTIRE focus is on getting you results.
