I’ve been in martial arts before and it wasn’t very practical. And I wasn’t finding the right instructor to work with to continue to develop my skills and have them be more real world. With Jimmy it is phenomenal!
Before joining I exercised quite a bit but has plateaued … I lost 12-pounds in body fat, gained a ton of strength and endurance, my metabolic age dropped several years, mentally I feel strong.
I’m a professional boxer – 9 pro fights – Jimmy has been my coach and trainer for the past 5-years now. He always hooks me up with the best stuff after a workout.
Jimmy does a great job teaching things that are applicable, not choreographed, to secure the weapon, get away, etc. The self-defense course gave confidence – knowing the techniques and form to use in different scenarios is life changing.
