This class provides a balanced mix of stand-up techniques. You’ll learn tactics from , Muay Thai Kickboxing, and traditional boxing.
You’ll learn to move seamlessly from clinch work to striking. The class is designed for all skill levels, whether you’re looking to learn self-defense, become a pro fighter, or just get into “fighting shape” without having to fight.

Our Martial Arts classes for Bend are set up in three segments:
- Warm Up – Plyometrics, calisthenics, cardio, and stretching
- Technique Time – Various techniques taught and emphasized through drills
- Going Live – Sparring (optional – requires sparring equipment)
